The Vastu compliant design and the vast green courtyard with a lily pond caught my attention. It’s a peaceful concept. The location is excellent, right on the S. P Ring Road and Vaishnodevi Circle. Amenities like the gymnasium and gazebo are good. The price range is 1.55 Cr to 2.25 Cr. My only hesitation is the completion date being June 2027; it feels like a long wait. Also, I noticed the nearby road access is good, but the internal roads might be a bit narrow.

We needed a place close to KD Hospital, and Dharti The Nest is nearby, which is fantastic. The Vaishno Devi Circle location also means easy access to the S. P Ring Road. We are considering a 3 BHK apartment, around 1082 Sq.ft to 1563 Sq.ft. The project has some really nice amenities, particularly the swimming pool and the extensive co-working space, which will be useful. The developer, Dharti Saket Group, seems to be packing in a lot. However, the prices are at the higher end, starting from 1.55 Cr. Being under construction until June 2027 means we have some waiting time. The dust from nearby construction could be an issue initially.
