We decided on Dharmavat Sunder Sanskruti Phase I for our family home. The 2 BHK configuration with a 729 sq.ft carpet area offegood space for our two children. The proximity to Aaryans World School (0 KM) and MORYA MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL (0 KM) was a major factor in our decision. We also appreciate the children's play area and the landscaping within the complex. The price was 1.55 Crore, which was on the higher side of our budget, but the location and amenities made us go for it. The Dharmavat Group delivered this project back in 2011. Parking can be a bit tight during weekends when visitocome over.

Looking to buy a place for my parents in Pune, I came across Dharmavat Sunder Sanskruti Phase I. It is ready to move, which is convenient as they are already residing there. The 2 BHK apartment, with a carpet area of 735 square feet, provides enough space for them. The inclusion of a gymnasium and a club house offethem recreational options. The security features and power backup are important for their comfort and safety. We paid 1.61 Crore for this unit. While the project was completed in 2011 by Dharmavat Group, I am slightly concerned about the lack of OC received, though it hasn't seemed to cause issues for current residents.

We were looking for a ready-to-move flat and found Dharmavat Sunder Sanskruti Phase I. The 735 square feet carpet area for the 2 BHK is good, giving us enough room to work from home sometimes. The nearby Aaryans World School is nearby, which is amazing for future planning. Also, having MORYA MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL so close is a huge relief. The landscaping is nice, and the 24x7 security is reassuring. We paid about 1.38 Crore for our unit. The only downside is the maintenance charges feel a bit steep, and the older construction, completed in 2011, means some fittings might need upgrading sooner rather than later.

We purchased a 2 BHK here in Dharmavat Sunder Sanskruti Phase I. The carpet area is around 729 square feet, which feels quite spacious for a family. Being ready to move in was a big plus for us, as we needed to relocate quickly for my business. The gym is decent, and the kids' play area is usually busy in the evenings. My main concern is the traffic on Nanded Road, especially during peak hou; it can get quite congested. Also, the price point felt a bit high when we bought, around 1.45 Crore, but the location’s convenience for my office made it worth considering. The Dharmavat Group seems to have completed this project quite some time ago, back in 2011.

The location in Nanded, Pandurang Industrial Area is decent for commuting. I liked the idea of having a RO water system and power backup, essential for smooth living. The price was 1.26 Crore, which fit my budget. However, the road leading to the main Sinhagad Road Nanded Shivane Link Road is a bit narrow and can be dusty sometimes. The building itself is older, from 2011, but seems well-maintained.
