The flat size is 648 Sq.ft built up and the price was 32 Lakh, which seemed fair for a ready-to-move property. Dharmadev Infrastructure Ltd has a decent reputation. The proximity to the APMC Metro Station at nearby is a plus for tenants. The main thing for me is the potential for appreciation in this location. The lack of OC received is a bit of a worry, but I am hoping it gets sorted soon. Overall, a calculated risk for good returns.
