My fit flat purchase is a 2 BHK here at Dharmadev Neelkanth Orchid. I chose it because it's ready to move and the price of 25.74 Lakh onwards felt manageable for a fit-time buyer. The flat size is around 1125 sq.ft, which is a good start. I really like the idea of having a children's play area and a jogging track within the complex for weekend relaxation. The location near The New Tulip International School is also a plus point. The developer, Dharmadev Infrastructure Ltd, seems experienced. One thing I noticed is the road leading to the project from the main street is quite narrow and can get congested during peak hou, but hopefully that improves with time.

Finally moved into Dharmadev Neelkanth Orchid last month. The 1170 sq.ft 2 BHK flat feels quite spacious, and I love the Vitrified Tile flooring in the master bedroom. Being next to St. Anns School is super convenient for my niece. The swimming pool and gymnasium are great additions for unwinding after work. Security seems tight with 24x7 guards. My only slight issue is that the internal roads can get a bit dusty during construction season, but it’s manageable. The price point was also within my budget, starting from 25.74 Lakh.
