We recently moved into Dharmadev Neelkanth Elegance. The overall experience has been positive. Our 2 BHK flat is spacious, around 1350 square feet built up. The price was within our budget, approximately 56 Lakhs. The proximity to the Ring Road and the Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway makes commuting easier. We appreciate the children's play area and the kid's pool. However, the construction quality of the balconies, while large, feels a bit basic. Also, getting OC received was not clear upfront. The developer, Dharmadev Infrastructure Ltd, did include a rainwater harvesting system, which is good for sustainability.
