We looked at the 1 BHK flats, and the 657 Sq.ft option gave us enough space. The jogging track is something we will definitely use for our morning runs. Having 24x7 water supply is a relief compared to our rental. Dharma Infrastructure has also included a sports facility which is a nice addition. The proximity to Divine Life International School (0 km) is brilliant for future children. The only minor issue is the parking can feel a bit congested sometimes.
