This is my fit home purchase. I chose Dharma Enclave because it is ready to move. I bought a 2 BHK apartment that is about 890 square feet. The price was around 33 Lakhs. The developer is Dharma infraprojects pvt.ltd.ltd, and the project was finished in 2015. The location is convenient, with DAV Public School a short distance. My parents helped me with the decision. While the apartment is nice, I noticed some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a bit annoying. Otherwise, I am happy with the layout.
