The price was 30 Lakh, which was a stretch but manageable. The location in New Town, Sector V is good, but the road leading to the project can get quite congested during peak hou, which is a minor concern for us. We are looking forward to the completion in September 2022. The library and gymnasium amenities are particularly appealing to us.
