The site is located in a quiet part of Gorantla which is nice, but I am a bit worried about the approach roads being a little narrow during the peak houHowever, the internal amenities like the lift and intercom system are well thought out. I looked at the unit with 1198.78 square feet of carpet area and it feels very spacious for a family of three. Dharani Infra Guntur has included good amenities like a badminton court and jogging track which is nice to have within the compound. The distance to the Lodge Center Bus Stop is about 4 kilomete, which is manageable for me. My only concern is that since it is under construction, there is a lot of dust and noise in the area currently. I am hoping once the project is finished, the landscaping will make it a greener space.
