The location in Hayathnagar is relatively quiet compared to the city center, yet close enough to essential services. It is close to Sunrise Hospitals, which is important at my age. The project has basic amenities like car parking and a sewage treatment plant. Dharam Infra Hyderabad completed this project by September 2023. The construction seems decent for the price point, although I wish the road access was a bit better.
