Being ready to move was a huge plus; we shifted in right after getting the keys. The amenities like 24X7 water supply and rain water harvesting are practical. It's located near the Koradi Road, which makes commuting manageable. However, the parking situation is a bit confusing with open and closed options, and finding a dedicated spot can be tricky sometimes. The construction quality seems okay for now. We are hoping the maintenance charges are reasonable going forward.
