This is my fit flat purchase, and I was quite nervous. I chose Dhankawade OVI Phase I because it was ready to move and seemed like a good starting point. I bought a 1.5 BHK flat, which is 464 square feet carpet area. The budget was around 30.4 Lakh, which fit my savings. The developer, Dhankawade Patil Constructions, has delivered projects before, so that gave me some confidence. The location in Narhe, near Dhayari, is okay, but the road to the project can be a bit narrow and dusty during construction phases, which was a minor annoyance. I liked the entrance lobby and the video door security feature. It felt safe.
