I chose a 2 BHK apartment, which is 1884 square feet, offering ample space. The price, up to 1.57 crore for the larger units, is considerable but reflects the size and location. The biggest advantage is its proximity to Pai Hospital, which is only a 4-minute drive away, making my commute incredibly short. The 24x7 security and power backup are vital amenities for my demanding schedule. The landscaping adds a nice touch of greenery.

  We chose Dhanashree Ayathi for our family because it’s so close to Keshav Smruti High School, only a minute away. That was a huge factor for us. The 2 BHK apartments are a good size, starting from 1312 square feet, which fits our needs. The children's play area is a nice bonus for the kids to have fun safely within the complex. The jogging track is also something we plan to use regularly. The area is generally peaceful, though getting onto the main road during busy times can sometimes be a bit of a wait. The ready-to-move status was a major draw. The location in Alto Chicalim, Dabolim, is decent, though the narrow lane access for about 200 metecould be slightly better for quick exits. However, the 24x7 security and the presence of maintenance staff provide a sense of comfort. The price point for the 2 BHK units, starting at 60.97 L, was manageable. The jogging track is a nice touch for fitness.
