I chose a 2 BHK apartment, which is 1884 square feet, offering ample space. The price, up to 1.57 crore for the larger units, is considerable but reflects the size and location. The biggest advantage is its proximity to Pai Hospital, which is only a 4-minute drive away, making my commute incredibly short. The 24x7 security and power backup are vital amenities for my demanding schedule. The landscaping adds a nice touch of greenery.
