We bought a 2 BHK flat here in Dhanam Housing DHPL Pebble Brook because it is very close to Velammal Vidyalaya Ayanambakkam, literally 0 kilometeaway. That was the main selling point for us. The flat is about 900 square feet built up, which is comfortable for our family of three. Having power backup is really important, especially during the monsoon season when power cuts are common. Rainwater harvesting is also a good environmental feature. The only concern is that the area can be a bit dusty during the summer months due to ongoing development nearby. The Koyambedu Metro Station is also reasonably close, nearby, which is convenient for travel.
