We are currently renting and decided it was time to buy our own place. Dhame Royal Residency caught our eye because it’s close to both our workplaces and the schools are right there. We are looking at a 2 BHK, with carpet areas between 367 sq.ft and 374 sq.ft. The construction is ongoing, expected to finish by December 2024. Having 24x7 water supply is a must for us. The developer, Dhame Construction, seems reliable. My only reservation is the immediate approach road; it's behind a private company and might get congested. Also, the open parking might be a challenge when the occupancy increases. Still, the proximity to Daund Junction railway station is a plus for us.

We were looking for something close to the highway for our commute. Dhame Royal Residency is close to National Highway 65, which is pretty convenient. We looked at a 2 BHK which had a carpet area of 374 sq.ft. It felt decent for the price, although it's still under construction and set for December 2024 completion. One thing that bothered me was the dust on the site, typical of under-construction projects I guess. The open parking is also a bit basic, hoping it won't be too crowded.
