We just moved into Dezire Sai Sankalp and are still settling in. The location is super convenient for us, being right on Hosur Road and the Outer Ring Road. My husband's office is easily accessible, and my commute is also manageable now. We haven't explored all the amenities yet, but the basic structure looks good. The rooms are a decent size for a couple, though we are considering if we can fit a small study desk in the second bedroom. Parking is something we will have to figure out as we have two vehicles. Overall, the proximity to work and major roads was the deciding factor for us.

The apartment itself is compact but well-designed for a single peon. I did find the parking area a bit cramped when I visited, which might be an issue if you have a larger vehicle or plan to have guests often. Still, for my needs, it works out well.
