The price was manageable, around 62.16 Lakhs. Asten RealtoPvt. Ltd. Seems to have completed projects before, which was reassuring. The gymnasium is a nice addition for staying fit. The location on Kottayam Kumily Road is okay, but sometimes the road noise can be noticeable, especially during the day. I’m hoping the community develops more amenities around it soon. It’s a decent start for me.
