The location is fantastic, right on CG Road and very close to the SP Stadium Metro Station (1 KM) and a bus stop. The terrace garden offea nice place to relax. While it's ready to move in, the parking area seemed a bit congested when I visited. It’s something to be aware of if you have multiple vehicles. Overall, the amenities like lifts and 24x7 water supply are good.
