The price range from 15.15 L to 33.72 L covevarious budgets. I purchased a 765 square feet 1 BHK. The project was completed in November 2023. The earthquake-resistant RCC structure is a good feature to have. Connectivity is decent, with the Konnagar Rail Station nearby. However, the proximity to Belgharia Expressway at nearby means the drive there might be a bit long depending on traffic. The overall built-up areas are practical.
