We decided to upgrade from our rental flat and chose Devnandan Heights. The 3 BHK flats here are quite spacious, with built-up areas ranging from 2115 to 2295 square feet. The price is definitely an investment, from 96.7 Lakh up to 1.05 Crore, but we feel the space and amenities justify it for our family. Having a children's play area and a swimming pool within the complex is wonderful. It's ready to move, and we appreciated that it was completed in June 2007. The location in Chandkheda is convenient, though the parking can be a bit tight sometimes, especially if you have guests. The overall feel of the community is pleasant, and the landscaping is nice.
