We were looking for a 3 BHK flat in HSR Layout and found Devinarayan Lexington Terrace. The location off Harlur Road is decent, not too far from Sarjapur Road which has many offices. We liked the 1970 Sq.ft size for a 3 BHK, it felt roomy enough for us. It's ready to move, which was a priority. The price of 1.18 Crore was at the higher end of our budget, but the amenities like the children's play area and multipurpose room are great. Parking is available, though it might get a bit crowded. Overall, it feels like a good buy for us right now.
