The carpet area for the 2 BHKs ranges from 560 to 1152 square feet, so we have some options to choose from. Devika Rani Niwas is still under construction and due for handover in August 2028. The other close facility is Ash-Sheefa Hospital, which is also very convenient. While the area is developing, the road access to the main highway could be better. It's a bit of a concern for daily commuting, but we are focusing on the benefits for the children's education and healthcare.
