Devi Paradise is developed by Devi Flat Promote, and they have a decent reputation for timely delivery in previous projects. The location in Puthagaram is developing, and rental demand seems promising. The price point, ranging up to 43.19 Lakh for the larger units, is competitive for the Chennai North area. I appreciate the inclusion of a multipurpose room and a temple within the complex, adding to the community feel. The main drawback is that OC received status is not available, which might be a concern for some buyeHowever, the Vastu compliant design and landscaping are attractive features for potential tenants. Car parking availability is also a plus.

The price was around 40 Lakh, which was manageable for us. Having a gymnasium and a multipurpose room within the complex is a great benefit for us as a couple. The proximity to MAAYA SPECIALITY HOSPITALS (3 km) and Narayana e-Techno School (1.6 km) is also convenient. The area is developing, and we hope property values will increase. A minor issue we observed is that the landscaping and tree planting, while present, could be more extensive. Also, the information about OC received is not available, which is something we are looking into. Still, the ready-to-move status and the inclusion of a temple are positive aspects.
