The pricing from 34.88 Lakh to 44.61 Lakh seemed quite attractive for the configuration and location in New Town, Chotto Chandpur. The developer, UMA DEVI PROPERTIES ROHRA GROUP OUP UP P, has included numerous amenities such as a gymnasium, a rooftop garden, a skywalk, and importantly, an iron-filtered water system which is a practical consideration. Being close to Rekjoany Crossing and Delhi Public School is a significant advantage. The project completion is slated for March 2027. My primary reservation is the slightly higher pricing for the larger 3 BHK units compared to the base price, making the top end of the budget a stretch. However, the overall value proposition, considering the ongoing development in the area and the planned metro connectivity, appeastrong.
