We were looking for a ready-to-move villa and Devi Bunglows caught our eye. The 4 BHK configuration is quite spacious at 2322 square feet, which is exactly what we needed. It's great that it is already completed and ready to occupy, saving us a lot of waiting time. The price point of 81.5 Lakh onwards seemed reasonable for the size and location. We liked the children's play area for our little one. The security with 24x7 CCTV is also a big plus for us. While it’s not the closest to the main city, the connectivity to NH-8 is decent for our commutes. Overall, a good option for families.

However, the distance to Rabari Colony Metro Station (also 5.82 km) means daily public transport might be a bit of a journey. Still, it’s a solid option.

The location near Devimata Mandir in Vatva is okay, but the access road could be better maintained; it's a bit narrow and bumpy for about 200 mete, which is a slight inconvenience.
