We picked Devi Arihant mainly because of the proximity to DAV Girls Senior Secondary School, which is literally zero kilometeaway. That was a huge relief for us. My kids also love the children's play area here. The swimming pool is also a nice touch for weekends. It is ready to move, which was important as we didn't want to wait. The apartment itself is decent, though the living room could have been a bit bigger. Traffic can get heavy in Thiyagaraya Nagar during peak hou, but that's common for Chennai. Overall, it's a convenient place for our family.
