The price was 56.7 Lakhs, which seemed fair for the size and location in Visalpur. Notion Infrastructure has provided good amenities like the gymnasium and a proper rainwater harvesting system. I picked up a 2 BHK in Devasva 9 as an investment. The built-up area is 1251 square feet and the price was around 43.2 Lakhs. Visalpur is an area that shows potential for appreciation. Notion Infrastructure offering ready-to-move apartments means I don't have to wait for rental income. The amenities like the closed car parking and 24x7 water supply are standard but important for tenants. We were looking for a ready to move property and Devasva 9 fit the bill. The 1251 square feet 2 BHK apartment is quite spacious for our needs. Notion Infrastructure seems to have provided decent amenities like the gymnasium and jogging track which we will use. The price point was within our expected range, around 43.2 Lakhs for the 2 BHK. Location in Visalpur is developing, though getting to Prahladnagar takes about 20-25 minutes with current traffic. Parking is closed car parking, which is good. Overall, it’s a practical choice for a ready home in Ahmedabad.

My partner and I just moved into our 3 BHK at Devasva 9. The built-up area of 1611 square feet gives us plenty of room. We loved the idea of the indoor games and the senior citizen sitout, even though we are young, it shows they thought about different residents. The fire fighting system is also a plus for safety. It cost us around 56.7 Lakhs. The only minor issue is the distance to the main IT hubs, it’s a bit of a commute every day. But for a ready-to-move flat with good space, we are happy. The landscaping looks nice too.

We chose Devasva 9 because it is close to DAV International School, which was a priority for us. The 2 BHK we looked at was 1251 square feet, which felt a little tight for our two children, but the 3 BHK at 1611 square feet is much better. The price for the 3 BHK was about 56.7 Lakhs. It is ready to move in, which was a huge relief. The developer, Notion Infrastructure, included a good kids' play area in the concept, though I haven't seen it developed yet. The main concern is the dust from nearby construction, but hopefully that will settle down.

I bought a 2 BHK apartment in Devasva 9. It’s 1251 square feet and cost me about 43.2 Lakhs. Being ready to move was the biggest advantage for me as I didn't want to deal with construction delays. Notion Infrastructure has provided essential amenities like a fire fighting system and closed car parking, which gives me peace of mind. The indoor games facility is a nice bonus for relaxation. The only downside I’ve noticed is that the parking space can feel a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle. Otherwise, the location is okay, and the apartment itself is quite functional for a single peon.

We are generally pleased with the quality and the ready-to-move status.
