We chose Devashri Greens Phase 2A because of its proximity to schools. THE ARDEE SCHOOL, GOA being nearby was a major deciding factor for our kids. The 1593 Sq.ft 3 BHK flat we bought offegood space for the family. We appreciate the efforts towards Storm Water Drains and Sewage Treatment Plant, which shows the developer, Devashri Nirman LLP P, is thinking about infrastructure. The area is generally peaceful, although during peak hou, getting onto the main road can be a little slow. Overall, the project feels well-planned for families.
