I acquired a 2 BHK unit, 1082 square feet, for approximately 60 Lakhs. The biggest advantage is that the project is ready to move. The connectivity to Dum Dum Metro and Railway is excellent, being nearby. This is crucial for my daily commute. The amenities like lifts and fire fighting systems are standard safety features. While the location is convenient, the surrounding area can be a bit dusty during construction phases of nearby projects, which is a minor inconvenience.
