Devale Divine caught my eye because it is ready to move in. I looked at the 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of 794 sq.ft. It’s a practical size. The location in Shiva Nagar, Baramati is quite peaceful. It’s close to Sahyadri Academy, which is a good landmark. Mehta Hospital is also very close by at nearby. The amenities provided are standard, including 24X7 water supply and parking. Devale Developehave included a sewage treatment plant, which is important. My only minor concern is the traffic noise during peak hou, as it’s relatively close to main roads, but it’s manageable.

The location in Baramati, Shiva Nagar is close to Sahyadri Academy, which is handy if I need to visit someone there. Also, Mehta Hospital is just under a kilometer away, very convenient. They have 24X7 water supply, which is a must. Parking is available, both closed and open options. Water conservation and rainwater harvesting are good eco-friendly features that Devale Developehas included. It seems like a solid construction, and the completion was in July 2023, so it's quite new.
