My partner and I bought a 2 BHK here in Vadgaon Budruk. The carpet area is around 471 square feet, which feels adequate for us. We love that the Nal Stop Metro Station is nearby, making our commutes much easier. The fire protection systems are impressive, giving us peace of mind. Devadeva Spaces has also included good landscaping. The main drawback we've found is the parking; if you have guests with ca, it can get crowded. The noise levels from the nearby road can also be a bit much sometimes, especially on weekends. We are still settling in, but the ready-to-move aspect was a huge advantage for us. It’s a decent project.

This is my fit property purchase, and I opted for Devadeva Pleasure Park. I bought a 1 BHK flat with a carpet area of about 301 square feet. The location in Vadgaon Budruk is developing nicely, and it's close to Niranjan Park. I liked the energy management features and the landscaping around the complex. The fire protection and safety requirements seem well-addressed by Devadeva Spaces. My main concern is that the rooms feel a bit small, especially the bedroom. Also, I haven't seen the completion certificate or OC yet, which makes me a little nervous as a fit-time buyer. I hope the developer provides clarity on this soon.

We chose Devadeva Pleasure Park primarily because of its proximity to Podar International School, which is very convenient for the kids. The 2 BHK flats are reasonably spacious, with carpet areas ranging from 471 to 475 square feet, giving us enough room. The recreation facilities are decent, and the kids enjoy the open spaces. However, the traffic on the main road can be quite heavy during peak hou, making school drop-offs and pick-ups a bit of a challenge. We also noticed some dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity. The energy management system is a good initiative. Overall, it's a good location for families, but the traffic is a real concern.
