We were looking for a ready to move place in Ahmedabad and Dev Status seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK apartment is quite spacious at 2000 sq.ft. Super builtup area. It’s in Central West, Vikas Gruh Road, which is a decent area. The price starts from 1.2 Crore onwards. The amenities like children's play area and security guards are good for us. We liked the lush green surroundings too. The only thing we found a bit concerning is that the OC received is not available, which makes us a little hesitant about the paperwork. Otherwise, the earthquake resistant structure gives some peace of mind. Dev Group seems to have delivered this project back in 2010.

The presence of lifts and security guards is reassuring. The lush green surroundings offer a nice environment. However, I am a bit concerned about the OC received status not being available. The price starting at 1.2 Crore is within my budget for this size and location.

We needed something ready to move, and this project by Dev Group fit the bill. It was completed in 2010. The location on Vikas Gruh Road is quite central. Having a children's play area within the complex is a huge plus for the kids. The internal roads and footpaths are well-maintained. The price point of 1.2 Crore onwards is a bit high, but the space compensates for it. We are happy with the security guards on duty. The only drawback is the lack of nearby facilities mentioned, making us rely on driving for most things.

Super builtup area, giving me plenty of room. It's ready to move, which was perfect for my immediate needs. Dev Group completed this project in 2010. The location on Vikas Gruh Road in Central West Ahmedabad is convenient. The price of 1.2 Crore onwards is reasonable for such a spacious home. The earthquake resistant structure adds to the feeling of security. Security guards are present, and there's a children's play area, though I don't use it. My only real concern is that the OC received status is not available, which is unusual. Otherwise, it’s a comfortable living space.
