The 3 BHK flats here are quite large, starting from 905 Sq.ft up to 1083 Sq.ft, which gives us plenty of room. There is also a children's play area which my kids absolutely love. The swimming pool is also a big hit with them. Its proximity to Greno Public School, nearby, was a major deciding factor for us. The construction quality looks solid, and it is ready to move in. The only slight issue is the dust from the ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that will settle down soon.
