We bought a 3 BHK in Dev Niwas primarily because of its location. Being close to Best High School is incredibly convenient for our children. The Narayana Hospital being so close is also a major plus for family safety. The apartment size is 2000 square feet, which gives us plenty of space. It's a gated community with fire sprinkle, which adds to our sense of security. The 24/7 water supply is reliable. The only slight concern is the traffic on the main roads around Maninagar during peak hou, which can be a bit much. Overall, Dev Infrastructure seems to have focused on essential family needs.
