We were looking for a modern villa in Ahmedabad and Dev Kutir Bungalow caught our eye. The 4 BHK configuration we chose is about 3500 square feet, offering plenty of space for our needs. Being ready to move in was a huge advantage. We love the swimming pool and the general greenery with landscaping and tree planting. The location is excellent, with NH 147 and the ring road just minutes away, making our commutes easier. The 24x7 security and gated community feel give us a sense of safety. One minor thing is that the lift in our block can sometimes be a bit slow, but it's not a major issue.

Being so close to NH 147 and Sardar Patel ring road is convenient for commuting. However, the traffic on Ambli Bhopal road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a drawback. Also, the landscaping is still developing, so it looks a bit dusty right now. Overall, it's a good place to live.
