The main draw was the ready to move status and the completion date of January 2024 by Dev Construction Kolkata. A 3 BHK flat of 1250 square feet at 68 Lakhs seemed like a fair deal for the area. The gated community setup and internal roads are well-maintained. The nearby infrastructure, including schools and hospitals within a kilometer, adds to its potential for rental income. While the project itself is good, the Tangra location can get noisy sometimes due to nearby commercial activities. The absence of OC received information is also a slight drawback for me as an investor.
