The location in New Town, Tangra has potential, but parking can be a challenge if you have multiple vehicles, which is something to consider. It’s also a bit of a drive to get to the main business districts during rush hour. However, the availability of The New Town School within 1.3 kilometeis convenient for residents with children. Overall, it's a decent investment, though not without minor logistical considerations.
