  I bought a flat in Dev Bhoomi Adinath Homes about two yeaago. The developer, Dev Bhoomi Group, completed the project by November 2020. It is located in Deoghat, which is a relatively calm area. The proximity to essential services like JP Hospital is excellent, only a minute's walk. The flat itself is comfortable and suits my needs well. I appreciate the Storm Water Drains system they have implemented, which is important in hilly regions. The only minor inconvenience is that the parking area could be a bit more spacious, especially if more residents bring multiple vehicles. Otherwise, the experience has been smooth.
