    We bought a flat in Dev Aavkar Homes because it's close to Dipak School, which is nearby. Our children can easily go to school from here. We got a 4 BHK, which is very large, about 1750 square feet, giving the kids plenty of room to play inside. The price was 1.32 Crore. It's ready to move in, so we can settle down quickly. The closed car parking is essential for us. The only downside is that the area can get quite crowded, and parking on the street outside can be difficult if visitocome. Overall, a good choice for families.
