The price was reasonable, falling within the 31.16 Lakh to 37.9 Lakh range. Being ready to move in June 2018 meant I could use it immediately. The connectivity is excellent, being close to the Narol Lambha High-Way and only close to NH-8 (Old). The project has decent amenities like a club house and a children's play area, which are good for family living or potential rental. However, I did notice that the roads leading to the project, specifically off Aabadgreen Party Plot Road, can be a bit congested during certain times, which might be a minor inconvenience for daily commutes. The reserved parking is a plus.
