We bought our flat in Deetya Omkaar Heights because of its location in Makarpura. It is quite convenient for daily commutes as it connects well to Makarpura Road and then to NH 8. The state highways are also easily accessible from here, which is good for travelling to other cities. My office is about a 30-minute drive, which is acceptable. The construction seems sturdy enough, and the building is ready to move in. We are happy with the initial phase of settling in. The nearby St. Basil School is a definite plus for us. Overall, it is a decent place.
