Deep Constructions is developing this residential project. I'm looking at the larger 3 BHK units, which start from 1382 sq.ft. The project is under construction and slated for completion in December 2027. While connectivity is great, I wish there was more information available about the amenities. The lack of details on parking arrangements is also a point of consideration.

Being under construction, there is some dust around the site. Also, the access road seems a bit narrow, which might be an issue during busy times. While the location is superb for schools, the surrounding roads can get quite busy, especially near the highway. Traffic during peak houmight be a slight worry.
