Finding a safe place in Vijayawada was my priority and Dedeepya Emareld in Poranki checked most of my boxes. The 3 BHK configuration gives me plenty of space with that 1256.9 Sq.ft layout. Being close to the AutoNagar Terminal Bus Stop makes my daily commute much easier. I visited the site yesterday and the construction progress for A Rajesh looks quite decent. One minor concern is the dust from the nearby road work, but that is expected when buying under construction property. Amenities like 24X7 water supply were a deciding factor for me. I think this will be a comfortable home once it is ready for possession in January 2027.

The location in Poranki is excellent for families especially with the Primary school by Chigurupati Sri Krishnaveni nearby. We have two kids so having a school in the immediate vicinity is a relief. We checked out the Dedeepya Emareld project by A Rajesh and the 1192.53 Sq.ft floor plan seems very efficient for a 3 BHK. It is good to know that they have prioritized safety features like fire alarms. We are a bit concerned about the construction noise during the daytime but that should settle down once the main structure is finished. We have finalized our unit and are waiting for the possession date in January 2027.

A Rajesh as a developer has been quite transparent with the construction updates so far. Since it is currently under construction, we are looking forward to the handover in January 2027. The project location in Poranki is very convenient for us because of the proximity to the Gudivada-Vijayawada Road. Everything seems well planned but I do wish the brochure had more details about the common area finishes. I am happy with the decision for now and hope the work continues at this current pace.
