This is my fit property purchase, and I decided on Decora West Hills. I bought a 4 BHK, around 2299 square feet. The Imperial Foyer gives a grand entrance feel. I liked the idea of Video Door Security and Intercom for added safety. The location is also good, very close to Dr. Vithlani's Shraddha Hospital. The gymnasium and swimming pool are great amenities for a healthy lifestyle. The Decora Group seems reliable. I am still exploring all the features but so far, it feels like a good start for my home ownehip journey.

Finally settled into my new apartment at Decora West Hills. The relocation was smooth and this place really helped. Being so close to St. Paul's School was a major factor for my kids. The 2299 square feet 4 BHK is more than enough space for us. I was impressed by the 3 Tier Security with CCTV, which is important for someone living alone initially. Looking for a spacious home in Rajkot, I zeroed in on Decora West Hills. The 5235 square feet 5 BHK offetremendous space, including a dedicated home office space which is perfect for my work needs. The world-class design by Apurva Amin is evident throughout the complex. I appreciate the inclusion of two private lifts per wing, reducing waiting times. The wet and dry kitchens are also a practical feature. The construction quality seems very robust. The only drawback I've noticed is that parking can be a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles visiting often.

The location off Kalavad Road is decent, and it’s nice that St. Paul's School is so close by. The swimming pool and gymnasium are fantastic facilities that we are enjoying. The 24x7 water supply is a definite plus. However, the price point felt a little steep for us initially, but we managed with a loan. The construction looks solid, and the fire fighting system gives us peace of mind. The Electrification including solar energy is also forward-thinking.

The landscaping and tree planting around the complex makes it feel very serene. Having a gymnasium within the complex is convenient for my daily exercise routine. The stunning fit floor views are indeed lovely to look at every morning. While the overall experience is good, the traffic on Kalavad Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to be aware of. The Decora Group has maintained the property well since its completion in 2016.

The location on Kalavad Road, Ishvariya is quite convenient, especially being close to the Rajkot Railway Station. The developer, Decora Group, has included good amenities like a swimming pool and a separate kid's pool which the children love. The Multipurpose Room is also a great addition for gatherings. My only small concern is the dust during construction in the nearby areas, but that should settle down. Overall, it's a solid property with good facilities.
