I purchased a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 1779 Sq.ft, which is quite generous. The developer, Decent Buildhomes Pvt Ltd, has included excellent amenities like a business suite and a restaurant, which are very practical. My only real concern is the price point, which was not disclosed but I suspect it's on the higher side given the location and amenities. However, the inclusion of a squash court and basketball court adds value for residents. I am optimistic about this investment.
