I bought a 2 BHK apartment in Deccan Orleans. It's around 987 sq.ft, which is a good size for me, and importantly, it was ready to move. Being so close to Velammal New Gen School and Kauvery Hospital means I save a lot of travel time. Deccan Buildedelivered this project some time ago, so there are no construction worries. The swimming pool is a nice amenity to have after a long day at work. My only minor issue is that the parking can be a bit tight sometimes, especially if I have visitoOtherwise, it’s a convenient place to live.

Being close to Kauvery Hospital on Radial Road is very convenient for any medical needs, and the Velammal school is practically next door. The project has a swimming pool which is nice, though we don't use it often. The main concern for us is the traffic on Jeyachandran Nagar 3rd Main Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. But overall, the location and the fact that it was completed in June 2012 means it’s a stable property.
