The accessibility to Apollo Cradle & Children's Hospital Karapakkam within 6 minutes is a major convenience factor for us. Deccan Estates Pvt Ltd is a developer we trust, and their previous projects have been well-received. The area has seen considerable growth, making it a sound real estate decision. One minor issue we've noticed is the dust from ongoing construction in adjacent plots, but we expect this to subside eventually. The overall construction quality looks good.
