The project is ready to move, which was perfect as I didn't want to wait for construction. I appreciated the Vastu compliant design and the landscaping across the complex. The senior citizen siteout area is a thoughtful addition. The price for this configuration was around 45 Lakhs, which seemed reasonable for the space and amenities provided. The nearby GEM Hospital is a significant plus for healthcare needs. While the project itself is quiet, the traffic on Church Road can sometimes be a bit much, but it's manageable.
