We decided on Deccan All Seaons because it is ready to move in. We purchased a 1227 square feet 3 BHK apartment. The location in Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore is quite convenient, close to National Highway 47 which makes travel easy. The developer, Deccan Estates Pvt Ltd, has included a swimming pool and gymnasium which are good for staying active. It's nice to have a children's play area too for visiting grandchildren. The landscaping is also pleasant. Overall, it seems like a good place for retirement living. The price range was within our expectations for this area.

Finally moving out of our rental! We bought a 2 BHK at Deccan All Seaons. It's 1100 square feet, which is a decent size for us. We liked that it's ready to move. The location in Ramanathapuram is good, very close to Vidhya Niketan Public School, which is a huge plus. We also checked out the amenities; the multipurpose room looks useful. One concern is the cycling and jogging track, it feels a bit short for serious runneBut for casual walks, it's fine. The price of 44 Lakhs was affordable for us. The built-up area is good. It is ready to move which was important. We appreciate the 24x7 security and the children's play area. The swimming pool is a nice addition for the kids. However, the traffic on National Highway 47 nearby can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a worry. The price was reasonable for the size and location. Deccan Estates Pvt Ltd delivered.
