  Looking for a decent investment in Kolkata, Debdut Tower in Patuli caught my eye. The configurations offered are 2 BHK and 3 BHK. I am interested in the smaller 2 BHK apartments which start from 441 sq.ft carpet area. The project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by December 2024. Debdut Enterprise seems to have a reasonable track record. The location in Ramgarh is developing, which is good for potential rental income. The EM Bypass is nearby, which is a bit far but manageable. Solid waste management and Vastu compliance are good features. I hope the rental demand picks up as predicted.

We are planning to buy a 3 BHK apartment, possibly one of the larger ones around 1002 sq.ft carpet area. The project is under construction, with a targeted completion in December 2024. We were impressed by the range of amenities, including lifts, solid waste management, and a fire fighting system. The location is also promising, with Kavi Nazrul Metro Station being accessible. A minor drawback is that the EM Bypass is quite far, nearby, which might be a bit inconvenient for occasional trips. We are hopeful about the quality of construction.

  As retirees, we sought a peaceful environment, and Debdut Tower in Patuli seemed suitable. The project by Debdut Enterprise is under construction, with completion expected by December 2024. We are considering a 3 BHK apartment, and the option for a larger carpet area up to 1002 sq.ft is appealing for our comfort. The inclusion of Vastu compliance and 24x7 CCTV surveillance offepeace of mind. Ram Krishna Mission nearby is a comforting presence. However, the road access to the project itself is a bit tricky, requiring passage through a narrower lane which could be inconvenient. Landscaping and tree planting will hopefully enhance the ambiance.

  We recently visited Debdut Tower, located in Ramgarh, Kolkata. We are interested in a 2 BHK apartment, with a carpet area of around 441 sq.ft. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion by December 2024. Debdut Enterprise seems to be developing it. We liked the idea of Vastu compliant homes and the children's play area. The proximity to Kavi Nazrul Metro Station is a significant advantage for our daily commutes to IT hubs. One thing that concerned us was the potential noise from ongoing construction, which is expected given the status. The inclusion of solar energy in electrification is a modern touch. We hope the surrounding area develops well.

I noted the inclusion of a fire fighting system and Vastu compliance, which are standard but important. The proximity to Narayana Hospital and Mukundapur is a plus. My main concern is the access road; it's a bit narrow and could be an issue with increased traffic once the building is occupied. The project is located in Kolkata.

The project by Debdut Enterprise is still under construction, with an estimated completion in December 2024. I appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for security. The location near Ramgarh is developing, but sometimes the roads can be dusty during construction. The lift facility is essential, and it is included. Water conservation and rainwater harvesting are also good features for the environment. Overall, it seems like a practical choice for a single peon.
